- Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping via Australia Post for domestic orders
- Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are a fixed price for Standard and Express Shipping. Customers can view the shipping cost during the checkout process before finalising their order.
- Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination. Domestic orders usually arrive within 2-10 business days for Standard Shipping and 1-5 days for Express Shipping.
- Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package's delivery status.
- Shipping Restrictions: We currently only ship to addresses within Australia.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within Australia.
- International Shipping: Currently not available. Please contact us directly if you have any queries regarding this.
- Lost or Damaged Packages: We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been shipped. However, if your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
